Planning Post 28; Media Texts That Influenced Our Film

The film Vantage Point influenced our decision to incorporate a time-lapse rewind in our film. Although it was quite fast and difficult to really see what was going on, we decided to that we would alter it a little and slow ours down.

Although our character will already be dead in our scene, the suicide of Will Smith in Seven Pounds really inspired us to not only begin the film with the ending but to also include flash backs and our character dying in a bath











S7ven inspired our title sequence as we really thought that scribbled hand writing would be appropriate for out film. Not only this but how the titles were placed strategically against the back drop, we thought of using this idea with our own.
