Firstly when you click on the motion icon you select how you would like to begin, in this case i picked with a template.

You then choose what template you like if you click on it once you can watch it on the right hand side of the screen.

then you double click on the words to change it, if you want to then edit the word further you click on the text tool and you can adjust the size, colour etc.

My final motion title came out like this
